I’ve recently entered the online fitness coaching market. However, unlike many online personal trainers, I don’t only provide workout templates and nutrition plans. I create custom workout plans based on the needs and lifestyle of the client, I track nutrition via food logs online, and most importantly I complete 20-min Facetime “strategy sessions” with every client every week. These strategy sessions are key, and the most important part of the entire program, providing clients the opportunity to ask me the “unanswerable questions—those question without a clear answer.
